Cranberries Currants Granola Cookies
Serves: 24 (2 cookies each)
Unwrap butter and place in mixing bowl ahead of time to soften.
These cookies may be stored in an air-tight container in the freezer. They defrost easily on a kitchen countertop.
PREP & BAKE TIME: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup softened butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup Zoe's Granola Cereal Cranberries Currants |

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla; beat until well-blended.
3. Add combined flour, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in rolled oats and Zoe’s Granola.
4. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute on cookie sheet before transferring to wire rack.
