Cranberries Currants Butter Cookies

Serves: 18

Store these delicious cookies in an air tight container in the freezer; defrost on the kitchen counter for a quick treat.
PREP & BAKE TIME: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
2 sticks butter, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups flour
1 box Zoe's Granola Cereal Cranberries Currants

Cranberries Currants Butter Cookies

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Beat butter, brown sugar, white sugar and eggs together until smooth. Stir in vanilla, salt, baking soda and nutmeg. Add the entire box of Zoe's Granola Cereal and flour until well blended.
3. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
